Class Descriptions

Open Mat/Marathon Rounds
Timer will be running and students are encouraged to do as many sparring rounds as possible. There is no instruction in this class, however, and students are free to drill or work on whatever they see fit. 


GI: Training with the kimono, jacket and pants designed for grappling training. A more traditional version of Jiu Jitsu with different grips available. 


No Gi: Training without the kimono. Typically wearing a rashguard and grappling shorts or board shorts. 

Kids classes: For children aged 6 - 10. Great for teaching them valuable self defense skills while burning energy and instilling discipline. 

Striking: Build powerful, efficient stand up skills utilizing boxing, kickboxing and tae kwon do fundamentals. Learn footwork, combinations, defense, and pad work in a safe, positive environment.
