Waiver / liability release

**INFINITY GRAPPLING LLC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

**1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:**

I acknowledge that participation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, martial arts training, and related activities at Infinity Grappling LLC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, concussions, and even death. I understand that these risks are part of the nature of the activity and agree to assume all risks associated with my participation.

**2. Health and Medical Condition:**

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities offered by Infinity Grappling LLC. I have no medical condition or injury that would prevent me from safely participating in these activities. I agree to notify Infinity Grappling LLC of any change in my health or medical condition that could affect my participation.

**3. Release of Liability:**

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the activities at Infinity Grappling LLC, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Infinity Grappling LLC, its owners, agents, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss that I may sustain as a result of participating in these activities, including injuries resulting from the negligence of Infinity Grappling LLC or its staff.

**4. Indemnification:**

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Grappling LLC, its owners, agents, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation in the activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

**5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions:**

I agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by Infinity Grappling LLC, its instructors, and staff. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules and instructions may result in my removal from the premises without a refund of any fees paid.

**6. Photographic and Video Release:**

I grant Infinity Grappling LLC the right to use photographs or videos taken of me during training sessions, classes, or events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials.

**7. Governing Law:**

This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Infinity Grappling LLC is located. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that state.

**8. Severability:**

If any provision of this waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
